Brioche is the perfect place to take a seat and spend weekend time. They do breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try anything with eggs for a hearty breakfast, pastries for the sweet tooth, and excellent coffee to wash it all down.
The key focus at Brioche has always been quality food and high standards in terms of food health and safety. These important aspects have allowed Brioche to become one of the most recognisable restaurant brands in Rwanda, and in East Africa as a whole.
Brioche has taken one of the recently built new spaces in the Alchemist, built into and around the huge tree in the food court area, rather like a tree house, and is accessed by a spiral staircase. Brioche seats between 30-50 and serves an all day menu from continental breakfast to snacks, lunch and dinner – ‘urban contemporary’ with a surprising fusion of Africa meets Europe.
